Jacob Gade was somewhat of a one hit wonder being remembered today for a single tune; Jalousie, a glorious tango from 1925. I’m quite surprised we haven’t chosen this as our Music Piece of the Week before now as it’s been a favourite Lochrian piece to play in concerts and social engagements alike in recent years.
Couldn’t find a performance of our arrangement on YouTube but this one is a pretty good substitute!
