When you are thinking of hiring a String Quartet for your wedding/civil ceremony it would be wise to see them in action if at all possible. The Lochrian Ensemble perform a number of concerts every year which sometimes include lighter repertoire that would be popular at any social function.
Our next concert is more classically based and is next Saturday 5 April at the Lord Mayor’s Chapel in Bristol. We will perform Parts 2 and 3 of Handel’s Messiah with the Chapel Singers. Having thoroughly enjoyed performing Part 1 last year we are really looking forward to completing the work in this superb venue at 1pm on Saturday afternoon – we hope to see some of you there for amongst other brilliant music, the Hallelujah Chorus. There is no admission charge but there will be a retiring collection for the Chapel’s Organ Fund. http://www.lordmayorschapel.org.uk/events_services.html
If you cannot make Saturday, or if Handel isn’t necessarily your cup of tea, all up and coming concerts are publicised on our Website as well as Facebook and Twitter pages so we look forward to seeing you at future concerts.
